2. User Obligations

When using our Services, you agree to:

check_circle Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
check_circle Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations, including RBI guidelines for digital payments.

3. Payments and Fees

All fees for the use of TensPay Services are set forth in your specific Merchant Agreement. Key points include:

info We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days prior written notice.
info Payments processed through our gateway are subject to settlement cycles established by banking partners.
info Transaction fees, if applicable, will be deducted automatically from your settlement amount.

4. Security and Data Protection

TensPay is a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant provider. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your transaction data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software used in connection with the TensPay Services are the property of TensPay or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended business purpose. You may not:

close Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
close Use our trademarks without written permission

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TensPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits or revenue
Loss of data or business interruption
Damages arising from use or inability to use the Services

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations for a period of 30 days.
